For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the kl180 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the kl180 platform and refrain from registering an account.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kl180. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. kl180 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the kl180 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and specific game rules for each betting product. All such documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this agreement.
To register an account and use the kl180 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable. kl180 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. During the KYC verification process, you will be required to provide a valid government-issued identification document (Indonesian ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) that confirms your date of birth. Any account found to be registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds in the account will be forfeited without exception.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal disability, restriction, or limitation that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using online gaming services.
The kl180 platform is designed primarily for residents of Indonesia. While we accept players from Indonesia and select other jurisdictions, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of online gaming services is legal under the laws of your country, state, province, or locality. kl180 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Australia, and other restricted territories as may be updated from time to time.
You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with kl180. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, family, IP address, email domain, payment method, or device are strictly prohibited. If kl180 discovers that you have opened or are attempting to operate multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately closed, any bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited. Only the deposits from closed duplicate accounts may be refunded at kl180's sole discretion.
You must not be an employee, consultant, agent, or relative of an employee of kl180, any affiliated company, any gaming software provider whose games are available on our platform, or any payment service provider we use. If you fall into any of these categories, you are not eligible to register or play on the kl180 platform.
To register an account with kl180, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your identification documents), date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change during your use of the platform.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension or termination. kl180 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information you provide at any time, and you agree to cooperate with all such verification requests.
All kl180 accounts are subject to mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal can be processed. You will be required to submit clear, legible copies or photos of the following documents:
KYC verification typically takes 24-72 hours to process. Your first withdrawal request will trigger the KYC verification process if it has not already been completed. Until your account is fully verified, withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion. kl180 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to maintain compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and licensing requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kl180 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify kl180 customer support immediately via live chat or email.
All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. kl180 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account unless such unauthorized use results from a security breach on kl180's systems that was not caused by your own negligence in maintaining account security.
Important Notice: Never share your kl180 password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be kl180 customer service representatives. kl180 staff will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
kl180 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification for anti-money laundering compliance. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected and refunded.
Withdrawals can be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet that was used for deposits. For security reasons, kl180 requires that withdrawals be sent only to payment methods that have been used for at least one successful deposit and that are registered in the account holder's name (matching the name on your kl180 account).

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks and may be delayed if your account requires additional KYC documentation or if unusual activity is detected. Before any withdrawal can be processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited.
kl180 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. All players are required to wager their deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% to cover payment processing costs. Repeated patterns of depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without gaming activity will result in account suspension and investigation for potential money laundering.
kl180 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, engaging in "bonus hunting" behavior, or colluding with other players, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and permanent account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) before the bonus and its winnings become withdrawable.
For example, if you receive a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 15,000,000 (500,000 × 30) before you can withdraw any winnings generated from that bonus. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:
While you have an active bonus and are working through wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit of Rp 50,000 per bet applies to all games. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture. All bonuses have an expiration period stated in the bonus terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days. If wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Time-sensitive promotions may have shorter expiration periods.

All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) operate according to the specific rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the game provider. kl180 does not alter RTPs or game mechanics. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) to ensure fair and random outcomes.
If you experience a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the game result is determined by the server-side outcome recorded at the time of the disconnection. You can view completed game results in your account history. If a game malfunctions or if an error in game mechanics is discovered, all affected bets are void and stakes refunded.
Lottery bets (togel Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, etc.) are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery authorities. Draw schedules and result times are displayed on the kl180 platform for each market. If an official draw is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets on that draw are void and stakes refunded.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kl180 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl180, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the kl180 platform, regardless of whether kl180 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall kl180's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your kl180 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
kl180 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if additional verification is required. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, claim bonuses, or request withdrawals. We will notify you via email if your account is suspended and provide information about the reason for suspension and any steps required to resolve the issue.
kl180 reserves the right to permanently close your account and terminate this agreement at any time if:
Upon termination for cause, all bonuses will be forfeited, and kl180 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance if the termination resulted from fraudulent activity or serious terms violations. If termination is not for cause, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges.
You have the right to close your kl180 account at any time by contacting customer support. When you close your account, any remaining genuine balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Curacao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the kl180 platform.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting kl180 customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Curacao Chamber of Commerce.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against kl180. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
